I've decided this 20% project will be "all about me," so I'm going to find out what yoga's all about and decide if it's something I want to make a part of my regular routine. For my 20% project I will incorporate yoga practices into my life at least once a week for the next 3 weeks. My idea needs some fleshing out, though. Is my stated goal enough? I welcome any suggestions! Questions:
